Just wanted to know..
Does the connetion for maxis is better than celcom? Not to comment just wanted to know. Becos I'm using celcom now. Then, how the mechanism of payment? can blacklist apply?

So many things to compare about connection: Location, modem type, computer or note book spec etc. Based on my experience, some places/locations, Celcom is better but at theother places, maxis or Digi is better.
Try to monitor or check the signal first before subscribing. TQ
